Museum Standard Storage

Thomas Barry Fine Arts offers a true climate-controlled, storage facility for works of art and other property requiring a precise atmosphere. We regulate the temperature and humidity in our space to meet museum standards. We provide a variety of compartments to efficiently and appropriately store two-dimensional as well as three-dimensional objects. We also offer area storage for crates and larger objects. More information is provided in our facilities report.

Appraisals

We would be happy to assist you with your appraisal needs. Our area of expertise is in modern and contemporary art and design. We work with museums and collectors to establish the current value of property for insurance, donation, and resale.

Quality consignment

We have added to our list of services assistance with resale of quality works of art and design from the early twentieth century to the present. We have experience in assessing the best option for selling works from any size collection, including estates and trusts. 

Consulting

We offer a full range of consultation for seasoned art collectors and those wanting to get started. We can assist you in acquiring art for your collection at home or in your workplace. We can provide options for all budgets and specific criteria.
